Shamik has two decades of progressive experience of leading organizations and large initiatives aimed at improving well-being of low-income communities at scale. He has extensive experience in the field of financial inclusion, micro-enterprise development and leveraging technology. Over the years he has developed expertise in strategy, design of innovative service delivery models, execution, organisation building and leadership development. Shamik has worked in partnership and with leaders from governments, private sector and development agencies. He has degrees in Development Administration from IIFM and Commerce from Hansraj College, Delhi University.

Mr. Anindya Sen has retired as Sr. Vice President (Eastern Zone) from Axis Bank Ltd. He has long time experience in Financial & Banking sector with vast knowledge in Risk Management on modern banking & SME financing system. He also has a strong capability to train on risk management services for funding.

Satish Reddy is the Chairman of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. He oversaw the expansion and establishing of a strong footprint for Dr. Reddy's in Russia, CIS countries and other emerging markets. As an active member of major industry associations and governmental panels, he played a key role in shaping national policies. He has great interest in exploring how human capital can be channelized to add to the productive power of the country. He supports various social enterprises and not-for-profit organizations. Societal impact is close to his heart and, he mentors organisations to innovate and explore new models aimed at improving lives of low income communities.

P.N.Srinivasa Rao is having 20 years of work experience of leading operations in international non-profit organizations and social enterprises. Over the years he has developed expertise in strategy, execution, and scaling up operations. He has extensive experience in the field of financial inclusion, developing business strategies & models in micro credit, designing and implementing enterprise risk management systems.

Dipesh comes with a string of experience in Corporate Finance, Regulatory Compliance, Systems and M&A. Having worked with Corporates, NBFC players, he brings a rich flavour of Finance for Vreedhi. He is entrusted with the critical role of handling Finance, Compliance and Treasury function, at Vreedhi. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary, by qualification.

Rami has a 15+ years of experience in IT operations, Infrastructure Management and Application development. His core area of learning includes IT strategy, Governance and Project management. He had a successful track of many projects from ideations to Go live and coordinated PMO setup with multinational Partners. He is part of the CIO panel discussion in many of the forums and receipt of the CIO awards in India.
